Thinking
of Replacement Windows?
Please follow
this link to read our community's policy about window
specifications and approvals that are needed before you begin.
Here are the
main provisions:

You must employ a contractor
who is properly licensed in the State of California, obtains all required
City permits, completes work in a timely and professional manner, and
removes all debris after the job.

Only Milgard anodized bronze (black)
retrofit windows may be used. And they must match the original
windows in size and placement, plus incorporate
the same interior "grid" pattern.

In order to preserve the
architectural harmony of our community, you must obtain the Board's
approval before proceeding with any replacement work.
Thank you!

Replacement
Outside Light Fixture Selected ...
In response
to requests from several owners whose porch or patio light fixtures have
become broken or unusable, the Board has approved a replacement fixture
that owners may install. (The fixtures originally installed on our
homes are no longer available, and the replacement matches the original as
closely as possible.)
For
details about the new fixture and where to purchase it, please follow
this link.
