Level 2 Drought Alert

 

 

The City of San Diego has declared a Level 2 Drought Alert.  Read more about the water restrictions.

 


Please follow this link to read our community's policy about window specifications and approvals that are needed before you begin.

Here are the main provisions:

You must employ a contractor who is properly licensed in the State of California, obtains all required City permits, completes work in a timely and professional manner, and removes all debris after the job.

Only Milgard anodized bronze (black) retrofit windows may be used.  And they must match the original windows in size and placement, plus incorporate  the same interior "grid" pattern.

In order to preserve the architectural harmony of our community, you must obtain the Board's approval before proceeding with any replacement work.

In response to requests from several owners whose porch or patio light fixtures have become broken or unusable, the Board has approved a replacement fixture that owners may install.  (The fixtures originally installed on our homes are no longer available, and the replacement matches the original as closely as possible.)

Welcome to the homepage for Cambridge Terrace Owners Association, located in "America's Finest City," San Diego, California!  The main purpose of our website is to ensure that homeowners and residents are informed about the events happening in and around our community and that they have ready, economical access to information related to the Association.  In addition, the site provides a forum for suggestions about maintaining the community in a manner that contributes to the overall ambience, enjoyment, and property value of residences in the Association.
